Dropping Off Your Vehicle
Park your car in any of the marked spaces. Be aware that we "double park" cars
on the right side of the lot. Come right to the service desk during normal service
hours. When service is closed, but the gas pumps are open, see the cashier. The
cashier will give you an "Early Bird" envelope to fill out.
24-Hour Drop Off:
After hours, simply fill out an "Early Bird" envelope
in the drop box located on the side of the office. If you've
already arranged your appointment, simply write your name,
any additional notes or service requests, and your license
plate on the envelope, along with the phone numbers which
you can be reached at, and then sign your name. Lock your
car in a marked space. Place the keys, registration, and
insurance card in the envelope and then drop it through
the slot in the box. Leaving the registration and insurance
cards in the envelope helps to ensure prompt, efficient
service. If you have not set an appointment, please fill
out the entire envelope and we will call you the next day
to discuss your service appointment and needs.
Pre-Approving / Approving Work:
As we perform repairs, technicians may notice additional
items of concern. To save time, many customers will pre-approve
a dollar amount for additional necessary work. If you
would like to give us a dollar limit, please mention
this when setting your appointment or dropping off. If
not authorized, we will only perform work approved in
advance. Before performing any additional work, we will
call you to discuss and obtain permission to continue.
Checking Status of Your Vehicle:
While we pride ourselves in prompt notification in changes
to the status of your vehicle, feel free to call us if
you have any questions. Regardless, we will call you
before the time we promised to complete your repairs,
either to recap what has been done or to discuss additional
repairs.
Picking up Your Vehicle:
During service hours, come right to the service desk. When
service is closed, but the gas pumps are open, see the
cashier. The cashier will provide your paperwork and
complete the transaction. Please be aware that the cashier
cannot provide you with additional service information.
If you have questions or comments, please contact the
service department. We accept all major credit cards,
cash or check.
